What we do

Help Girls and Women to Embrace who they are. To Value themselves without doubt.

Eagles landing, is a community approach to a safe and nurturing learning environment for underserved girls, youth, and women of color. We provide mentorship and reading programs focused on promoting self-awareness and gender equality by celebrating the power of being a girl. We encourage all girls to women to be comfortable in their own skin because they are enough, and to embrace their gifts, and talents in order to pursue their purpose and destiny. We encourage them to know that they can become World Changer’s and Difference Maker’s.

The Starr’s Book Club

A program educates girls about the power of being a girl and helps build relationships for girls in the Brown and Black communities. We implement a reading program from the Who Was, Who Is book series. The book collection provides true stories of African American and Latino women in leadership who have shaped history.

Partnerships

We provide Resources, Programs, and Services along with our Collaborative Partner’s to support families in Los Angeles County to Triumph from Tragedy by encouraging, and empowering families to discover and understand their Vision, Purpose, and Destiny for Legacy building and Succession. We address the economic, social, emotional a spiritual needs of families.

Connecting

To build partnerships with private and public schools as well as other community based non-profit organizations and churches that encourage gender equity, so that we can expand our program overtime, to educate our girls about the mistruths of stereotypes or biases towards girls and gender roles as they develop into young women
